To support the E-Commerce department we are looking for a:

Trainee E-Commerce

What does the job involve?

• Optimising and maintaining various online sales channels
• Analysing different types of data (sales, conversion, returns, etc) and advising the team on actions to be taken
• Assisting with the launch of new collections and campaigns
• Assisting in the handling of complaints and taking action together with Support to prevent complaints in the future and to increase customer satisfaction
• Supporting the E-Commerce team with online activities

Who are we looking for?

• You are following a college marketing or college communications related education
• You will join our team for at least 4 months
• Good communication skills in the Dutch and English language orally and in writing
• You have a passion for Sales and E-Commerce
• You are analytically strong and enjoy making analyses
• You think in solutions, dare to take initiative and you are a real team player
• You have experience with Office programs such as Excel and Outlook
