In addition, Edelman offers an extensive range of home accessories and artificial flowers, plants and trees from Mica Decorations. The Mood Collection offers a broad assortment of home textiles including cushions, garden cushions and table linen. All items come in vibrant colours and textures.

For our Marketing department, we are looking for a:

Online Shop Manager

As an Online Shop Manager, you are the driving force behind our online sales. In this dynamic role, you will focus on sales through our own webshops (B2B). Your tasks will include setting up and improving pages (online merchandising), optimising cross-sell & upsell opportunities up to delivering briefings for on-site expressions, such as banners or copy in collaboration with our content creators. In addition, you will implement development wishes from within the organisation that will benefit conversion. You will work on optimising traffic and revenue, working closely with our email marketer. In this role, you will report to the Marketing Team Leader.

What does the job involve?

  • You will be responsible for keeping our webshops and websites up-to-date
  • Website development and optimisation: you see the areas for improvement and know what innovations are coming.
  • You will analyse the sales and proactively examine how you can further boost these sales
  • You enjoy thinking about the overall marketing strategy and achieving our shared marketing goals
  • You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring social media campaigns on Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook on behalf of our B2B accounts

Who are we looking for?

  • You have an HBO [Higher Vocational Level] qualification in Communication, Commercial Economics or Marketing
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant e-commerce experience
  • You have a commercial and customer-oriented attitude and you can identify (growth) opportunities
  • You have experience with data-driven work and are able to correctly interpret analyses and take subsequent actions
  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
  • You are enthusiastic, have a proactive way of working and a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of SEO is an advantage
  • You have knowledge of Photoshop
  • Having some experience with Magento and WordPress is a plus
